No Question Asked Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with Quality or for any reason you aew to return any item you have ordered. you can return the item to the delivery boy at the time of delivery by deducting the item amount from the total COD amount payable of the generated bill.
- In case of Wallet/Prepaid payment we will credit the amount as a refund of returned item into your sabzilana wallet within 24-48 Hrs.
- If any item find Sub Standard Quality after Delivery boy left your door call us on 7304040040 to register your Feedback, we will be analyse to improve our working and check points and get back to you within 24 hours after your complaint is registered Once Delivery boy left your door we are not responsible for any type of Return/Refund/Replacement.
- No Return or Refund are possible, if complaints are registered after 12 hour but your feedbacks to improve our services are always welcomed.
- We are unable to Replace, but? Return or? Refund is possible only as per mentioned in above Statements i.e. No.1(Return) & No.2(Refund) under No Question Asked Return Policy.
- Hence Sabzi is the parishable goods and very its quality by season to season, We atmost try to deliver the best out of available as on delivery day but?if you are not satisfied with the quality, you may return at the time of delivery, No question will be asked. Sabzi package is being booked through only prepaid payments, and we will credit the amount of the item returned in your Sabzilana wallet, you can order your additional requirement or shopping at sabzilana using the refund credit. No cash will be refunded for the return in any circumstances.
